Specifies the password for the host subsystem to which you are connecting, and is equivalent to the -PIC or -PW parameter you would specify if you were connecting using the Datanet Terminal Manager.
This parameter is always specified when you connect to GCOS7 systems, sometimes on GCOS8 systems, but seldom for connections to GCOS6 and IBM systems.
