This option specifies whether the emulator should accept the 7200 set high intensity and set low intensity commands. This should not be necessary unless you are using an application written specifically for the 7200 terminal. Note that you may not mix 7200-type and 7800-type attributes on the same screen under any circumstances. An additional setting, 'Extended', allows use of two extra commands for invisible and blinking fields that were supplied with some 7200 hardware emulations.
